Our Exercise Physiologists (EPs) are university qualified allied health professionals who are experts in prescribing exercises and assisting in lifestyle modification to help achieve your goals for a variety of different health conditions.
We specialise in assessing, planning, programming and delivering exercise interventions for rehabilitation, improvements in health, well-being and performance.
We take more of a preventative/conservative approach to treating patients with the aim to instil long-lasting lifestyle, health and behaviour change. Our EPs can design exercise programs suited to you, your interests, and your health goals. This may include land-based exercise, water-based exercise or a mixture of the two.

At Pro-Active Physiotherapy and Sports Workshop we offer a variety of small group exercise classes that target specific conditions. These Include:
Consists of bone-targeted high intensity resistance and impact training
Aim to improve bone density and health
Lower risk of falls and improve balance
Comprised of exercises aimed at improving your balance and improving your strength

Improve overall strength and quality of life
Consist of Exercise aimed at improving symptoms involved with Prostate Cancer and whatever stage you are at.
